1) Digital Products

Our products are digital downloads (for example, EPUB and PDF files). No physical item will be shipped.

2) Delivery and Download Access

After your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an email containing a download link.

The download link is available for 48 hours from the time it is delivered.
If you do not access the link within 48 hours, please email jax@jaxrowe.com for assistance.

You are responsible for ensuring your email address is entered correctly at checkout and for checking spam, junk, and promotions folders.

3) File Formats and Technical Requirements

Some products may include more than one file format:

EPUB (E-Book): Intended for e-readers and reading apps (such as Apple Books and many other e-reader applications). EPUB text may adjust to your screen size.
PDF: Intended for computers and readers who prefer fixed pages for highlighting, note-taking, or printing.

You are responsible for having a compatible device and/or software to open the files.

When you purchase a digital product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.

You may not:

Share, distribute, resell, sublicense, upload, or otherwise make the files available to others
Post the files (or any substantial portion) online, including file-sharing sites
Use the files for commercial purposes without written permission

Printing is allowed for personal use, but printing with intent to distribute is not permitted.

6) Intellectual Property

All content on this website and all digital products, including text, graphics, and design, are owned by Jax Rowe or licensed for us. They are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.
