Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of digital products, including downloadable e-books (EPUB, PDF) and other instant-access files, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason once a purchase is completed.

Why we don't offer refunds

Digital products are delivered electronically and can be accessed immediately after purchase. Because digital files can be copied, stored, or printed, we cannot verify deletion or prevent continued use after delivery. For that reason, all digital purchases are non-refundable.

Download and access issues

If you experience a problem receiving your download link or accessing your files, we will help.

After payment is processed, you will receive an email with a download link. The link is available for 48 hours. If you do not access the link within 48 hours, contact us at jax@jaxrowe.com for assistance.
